Role SummaryAs a Field Sales Student Representative you will represent one of the world's most powerful brands – Red Bull – and drive sales on the front line. You'll own your own territory, build relationships with in‐store decision makers, and influence product placement and merchandising in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities

Own your territory and treat sales like your own business.

Winning prime shelf space and maximizing visibility.

Driving sales volume and executing promotions flawlessly.

Building and maintaining relationships with key in‐store decision makers.

Influencing range, availability and promotional execution to secure secondary displays and extra shelf space.

Executing high‐impact merchandising and brand activations.

Using data and insight to prioritize high‐value stores.

Spotting gaps, fixing issues and maximizing every visit.

Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight.

Competing to be the best and being rewarded when you succeed.

Qualifications

A natural influencer with commercial instincts.

Target‐driven, competitive, resilient.

Confident in talking to anyone – from store staff to senior managers.

Organised, self‐motivated and able to work independently.

Tech savvy and comfortable reporting on activity.

Full UK manual driving licence.

Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, not a must – attitude, hunger and drive are most important.
