Sales Assistant (Saturday)Reports to: Retail Manager

Location: Battersea Power Station

Contract: Temporary to Permanent 8 hours per week

Salary: £13.85 per hour

About The RoleThruDark is recruiting for a sales assistant to support the successful operation of our Battersea Power Station pop-up store. As a Retail Sales Assistant at ThruDark's Battersea Power Station pop‐up, you'll play an important part in delivering a premium in‐store experience. Working closely with the management team, you'll help drive daily performance, support your teammates, and ensure every customer leaves with a strong impression of the brand. You'll embody ThruDark's core values of Humility, Unity and Integrity by delivering confident, hands‐on service and maintaining a professional, approachable presence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive attitude

Positively promote the brand during interactions and upholding the brand's values of 'Humility, Unity and Integrity'

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to restock merchandise as needed

Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to company standards

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times and legal requirements in all areas of the store

Extensive knowledge of POS systems and follow processes used when placing transactions through the POS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Proficiency point‐of‐sale systems

Commercial awareness and ambition
