What You'll Do

Create an exceptional in-store experience, every time

Drive sales through genuine conversations and active selling

Support with stock handling, VM and store standards

Open/close the store and support store leadership (for Key Holders)

What You'll Bring

Passion for adidas and understanding of outlet/lifestyle brands

Confidence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and key sales periods

Prior retail experience is preferred (but not essential)

1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.

Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.

Effective customer service and sales skills.
