We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a UK renowned Finance and Accountancy recruiter with a thriving headhunting department.

They are looking for a Trainee Accountancy Recruiter to join their growing and successful team. This fantastic opportunity would suit someone that has genuine ambition and drive and an interest in building a rewarding career. Youll be speaking to a with a wide range of people, helping connect talented candidates with exciting opportunities across the UK.
In this role, you will use a variety of tools, from calls, social media and messaging to engage with candidates and introduce them to new positions. You will work towards clear and set out goals that will further develop and strengthen your communication skills and learn how to identify and match the right talent to clients.
Youll undergo a second to none training program provided to you by the company Directors supplying you with insider knowledge, tips and tricks required to become a talented head-hunter.

• Uncapped commission structure with first year OTEs £35,000 - £40,000 at 2ndyear £50,000+

• Working in partnership with experienced team of consultants raising awareness and introducing talent to their clients
• Market research will be essential to hunt any new roles in the market
• Working to clients recruitment requests and offering suitable talent

• A previous exposure in sales would be advantageous however not essential
• A natural passion for relationships building
