Graduate Sports Teaching Assistant | Job Role

• Support students across Key Stages 35 with both academic learning and structured sports activities
• Deliver targeted interventions in small groups of up to 6 students and on a 1:1 basis
• Work closely with students with SEMH, ASD, trauma-related needs, and behavioural challenges
• Assist with the wider school day, using sport as a tool to improve engagement, behaviour, and wellbeing
• Contribute to providing a consistent and structured educational experience within an Alternative Provision setting

This Graduate Sports Teaching Assistant position is based at a rapidly expanding Alternative Provision, conveniently located just a two-minute walk from Blackheath station and close to a busy high street with a range of amenities.
