Production Operative

Job description

Manpower are now recruiting for an Experienced Production Operative for an established Client based on the outskirts of Skegness for the upcoming busy season- this is an on-going, continuous role.

Location

• PE24 (between Croft and Wainfleet)
• Own transport essential (no public transport links)
• On-site parking available

Shift Pattern & Pay

• Days only: 8:00am - 7:00pm (latest)
• Full-time hours
• £12.83 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Working within a production/manufacturing environment
• Packing and handling materials
• Lifting larger items where required
• Following health & safety procedures
• Supporting the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Previous production, manufacturing, packing or warehouse experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift materials
• Able to work full-length shifts on your feet

Additional Requirements

• Manual handling awareness
• Own transport essential
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
