Senior Children's Residential Support WorkerDepartment: Residential

Location: Foxglove Manor - Lancaster

Compensation: £31,398 – £33,474 per year

Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to work shift patterns including sleep‐ins.

What You'll DoAs a Senior Support Worker you'll play a key part in the daily life of our home, leading your team on shift, providing hands‐on care and supporting the young people through their everyday experiences.

Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families and professionals

Support care plans and help young people achieve their goals

Lead by example and support junior colleagues on shift

Promote a safe, clean and happy home environment

Encourage learning, development and independence in every child

Keep records up to date with care and professionalism

Take part in sleep‐in shifts on a 2‐on, 4‐off rota (with advance notice)

What You'll Need

Proven experience in residential childcare

Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)

Full UK driving licence (essential for transporting young people and attending external meetings)

A calm, resilient and compassionate approach to care

Ability to work shift patterns, including sleep‐ins
