Working Hours

Part‐time – 24 hours per week

Bank worker hours available on Day, Waking Night, and Sleep Shifts

Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 care in rotation, covering all shifts and handling holiday and sickness cover for other team members.

Support a client with complex neurological needs throughout daily activities, including personal care, nutrition management, and mobility, in both home and community settings.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‐standard health care and promote independence.

Maintain professionalism, reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications and Requirements

Suitable for female candidates meeting genuine occupational requirements.

Previous experience working with individuals with complex care needs is desirable; full training will be provided.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn, develop, and commit to an independent lifestyle support role.

Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
