Aim Recruitment is recruiting Senior Support Workers for our client based in Newhaven.This is a great opportunity to get started in an exciting new role as a Senior Support Worker and support Young People with their day-to-day lives with a fantastic company.Job Role As a Senior Support Worker you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child's life by providing care, support, and supervision.Create positive relationships with young people, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.Guide and support all support workers while providing excellent communication to the Registered Manager on the performance and needs of everyone.Requirements NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.At least 2 years of experience within Residential Childcare working alongside young people.Valid UK driving licence.Salary between £26,800 - £30,500 (Dependent on sleep‐ins).Great work/life balance.
