In this role, you'll work across our multi-site and community settings, supporting students with complex SEMH and ASD needs. You'll build positive relationships, deliver tailored mentoring, and provide calm, consistent support during moments that matter most. From classroom engagement to outdoor activities and outreach projects, you'll be at the heart of helping young people grow, learn, and succeed.

What we're looking for:
Level 2 or 3 qualification in youth work, social care, or similar
Experience working with young people with SEMH, ASD, or complex SEND needs
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding
Flexibility to work across different settings and activities
Full driving licence and access to a car for work.
