Missions

Deliver exceptional service and drive sales

Greet every customer warmly and offer tailored product advice

Share expert knowledge of our natural products and introduce new launches

Build strong customer relationships and promote our loyalty programme

Support store excellence

Host engaging demos and maintain high standards in presentation and cleanliness

Ensure the shop floor is well-stocked and visually aligned with our brand

Be a team player

Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to team success

Take part in training and support stock management and loss prevention

ProfilWhat we're looking for

A passion for natural beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best

Previous experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with a track record of meeting sales targets

Excellent communication skills and confidence in making product recommendations

A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

Team spirit, flexibility, and a proactive attitude

Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods

Experience in beauty or skincare is a plus
