Overview Night Senior Support Worker Care and SupportLimewood Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £12.42 Per Hour Shift Type: Nights Contracted hours: 38Limewood Care Home in Stafford provides specialist Dementia care for up to 59 residents.This includes Residential, Nursing and Respite care, supporting individuals from early diagnosis through to end of life.We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Senior Support Worker to join our team.You will play a key role in leading our night care team, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of person centred care and that the home runs smoothly throughout the night.Responsibilities Lead and support the care team during night shifts, ensuring residents receive consistent, high quality care.Provide guidance, delegate tasks effectively and lead by example, fostering a calm, safe and positive atmosphere throughout the home.Assist with personal care and mobility, administer medication safely, maintain accurate records and respond quickly to any emergencies.Ensure residents feel supported and comfortable overnight while keeping communication clear and professional between staff, residents and families.What We Offer £12.42 per hourContracted to 38 hours per weekPension scheme, Paid DBS, Free uniform5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)What We Are Looking For NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential (we will consider experienced Support Workers working towards Level 3)Medication training and competence in medication administrationStrong leadership and team management skillsA kind, caring and compassionate personality with a person centred approachThe ability to stay calm, organised and professional during night shiftsAbout Us Limewood Care Home is part of Care Concern Group, a family owned, market leading care provider with over 100 homes across the United Kingdom.We are committed to delivering outstanding care and creating supportive workplaces where our teams can thrive.Our five core values, Trust, Respect, Passion, Kindness and Inclusivity , define everything we do.If you share these values and want to make a real difference every night, we would love to hear from you.Jobs are provided by the Find a Job Service from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
