We are seeking dedicated and compassionate senior health care assistants in joining our clients state of the art friendly care home!

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. In this role, you will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide essential support to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with mobility and transfer, using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure their safety.
• Act in support of senior carers and management team.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years' experience as a carer in a care home environment
• Genuine passion for working in a caring environment
• Confident supporting residents with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Experience with residents who have dementia, confusion, or behavioural needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, professional, and committed to ongoing development
