Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Responsibilities:

As an Production Operative , you will:

• Prepare fresh produce for processing and packing
• Operate packing lines and production machinery
• Assemble and pack products efficiently and accurately
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Hours of Work:

• Average: 7 hours per shift (hours may vary week to week)
• Day Shift: 06:00 - 16:00
• Evening Shift: 16:00 - 02:00
• Night Shift: 21:00 - 06:00

Flexibility is required as shifts may change weekly.
