OverviewAir Charter Service is a global leader in aircraft chartering. Our Commercial Jets team specialises in arranging complex group charter solutions for a wide range of industries, including professional sports teams, touring musicians, event organisers, and many other blue-chip organisations worldwide.

We have an exciting, year-long opportunity for an undergrad student looking to gain work experience in sales within the Commercial Jets world.

Responsibilities

Assist brokers with their portfolio of clients

Develop an expert understanding of the Commercial aircraft and chartering process

Liaise with clients, airlines and airports

Assist the broker with charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report

Flight watching/overseeing flight departures and flight repping

Ad hoc administration tasks

The Placement

Duration: 12 months, ideally starting August - September 2026

Based at our Surbiton Headquarters

Working hours: predominantly 09:00 - 17:30 Monday-Friday (varies with industry needs)

Training will be provided

Travel opportunities will be given

QualificationsKey Skills & Experience

The successful candidate must be currently studying, ideally working towards a degree in Aviation, Airline, Airport or Business Management

An interest in sales and/or aviation is essential

Previous experience working in a customer facing role

Hardworking and flexible (this is simply not a 9-5)

Exceptional communication skills, fluency in a second language is an advantage

Excellent problem solving skills

Strong resilience with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Flexible with the ability to travel often and at times, with short notice

Must live within a commutable distance to the job location

Driver's License desirable

Additional Information

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, please only apply if you are available full time between September 2026 and September 2027

£25,000 per annum starting salary
