ClockworkEducationhavebeenapproachedbyalovely,welcomingschoolinPeterlee,CountyDurham,toassistthemtofindanEarlyYearsTeachingAssistanttosupportthemstartingMarch2023.Therolewillbeonanongoingbasis,andwillinvolveyouworking8.30am-3.30pm,5daysaweek.

ThelovelyschoolrequireaEarlyYearsTeachingAssistanttoworkwithintheschoolNurseryclass.Theschoolrequiresomeonewiththerelevantqualificationwhocanjointhemandhitthegroundrunning.

EarlyYearsTeachingAssistantResponsibilities

• WorkingwithintheEarlyYearssettingoftheschooltoworkwithsmallgroupsofchildrenandmayrequiresomeone-to-onework
• Recordingevidenceofkeychildrenmeetingtargets
• Usingowninitiativetotaketheleadandtochangeactivityplansifneeded
• Feedingandpersonalcare
