HR Assistant

Join Our People Team

Were looking for a detail-driven, proactive HR Assistant who has a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, youll be at the heart of our People Team, supporting our Head of People and HR Business Partners. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and prospective candidates, ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.

Youll be someone who takes pride in getting the details right, stays determined when solving problems, and ensures every interaction feels supportive, responsive and professional.

What Youll Be Doing

Supporting HR Business Partners across the full colleague lifecycle

Coordinating recruitment activity, from job postings and interview scheduling to offer letters and onboarding

Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing a warm, efficient, and helpful experience

Preparing contracts and HR documentation with accuracy and care

Maintaining up-to-date and compliant employee records and systems

Supporting People projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What Were Looking For

A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

A proactive and persistent approach - you follow things through and dont let tasks drop

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

A people-first mindset and passion for delivering a great colleague and candidate experience

Clear, confident communication skills

Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Previous HR or administrative experience is helpful, but not essential
