A specialist SEN school in Thatcham is currently looking for a caring and proactive Autism Support Worker to join their team. The school supports students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated needs including communication difficulties, sensory processing challenges, and anxiety.

As an Autism Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide targeted support to pupils both one-to-one and in small groups. You will help students engage in lessons, develop social skills, regulate their emotions, and build confidence in a safe and structured environment.
