Telesales Executive required in Runcorn - £14.00 Per Hour Plus Commission & Bonus

Exchange People are looking for a confident Telesales Executive to help us grow our client base.

Working within our office in Runcorn, you'll be joining a family business who've been supporting candidates and clients in the North‐West and Glasgow since 1997.

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to industrial businesses to introduce Exchange People

Building a prospect list and developing new opportunities

Booking meetings and supporting the sales pipeline

Keeping accurate notes and updates in our CRM

Qualifications

A confident, professional phone manner

Strong organisation and follow‐up skills

Experience building a database from scratch, especially when developing a new geographic area, would be an advantage but not essential

This is a part‐time role, with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Flexibility of days/hours can be discussed at interview.
