Are you are experienced Administrator? Available for a 3 month contract?We're supporting a growing healthcare organisation in hiring a proactive Temporary Administrator to support Clinical Operations team. You will support with general administration, liaise with stakeholders, update information on onthe CRM as well as Excel (so you will need a good level of Excel)In this role, you'll support onboarding, training compliance, scheduling, communication, and day‐to‐day operational admin for clinicians.Initially 3 months£13.46 per hourLocated outskirts of Bristol but this is a fully remote roleWhat you'll be doing:Coordinating interviews and clinician inductionsMaintaining training & compliance recordsUpdating clinician rates and resolving invoice queriesActing as first point of contact for clinician queries & issuesManaging feedback, reports, and internal communicationsScheduling, availability planning & workload allocationOrdering resources such as diagnostic kits and bookletsAbout you:Experienced AdministratorWorked in a clinical, NHS, medical industries (desirable)Super organised and confident juggling multiple prioritiesGreat communicator who enjoys supporting peopleStrong admin skills with an eye for detailComfortable working in a fast‐paced, varied roleIf you're a detail‐driven administrator who enjoys keeping operations running seamlessly, this could be the perfect next step.Sound like you?
