International Sales Manager (PREMIUM RETAIL)Consumer Electronics | Global MarketsA unique opportunity has emerged for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven sales leader to help build and scale a new Consumer Electronics division within a well-established brand with deep heritage in the music industry.
This role will play a key part in expanding the business into premium audio and lifestyle consumer electronics , developing a global sales strategy and building relationships with carefully selected distributors and specialist retail partners.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the freedom and responsibility to shape the commercial direction of a new division and help create a culturally relevant consumer electronics business in key international markets.
The RoleAs International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable global sales strategy across premium channels and culturally relevant markets.
This is a hands‐on, entrepreneurial role that combines strategic planning with active relationship‐building with international distributors, specialist retailers, and partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing a global sales strategy for the Consumer Electronics division
Identifying and building strong relationships with international distributors and specialist dealers
Expanding the brand through carefully selected premium retail and lifestyle channels
Representing the business at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings globally
Working cross‐functionally with marketing, product and brand teams on launches and market strategy
Building sales forecasts and market expansion plans
Monitoring sales performance and market feedback to continuously refine the commercial approach
About YouThe ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of international commercial experience, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for audio or music‐led products .
You will likely have:
5+ years' experience in sales or business development within consumer electronics, audio, music tech or lifestyle brands
Experience across omnichannel environments , including retail, distribution, Amazon and D2C
A strong network of international distributors or retail buyers
Experience working across multiple markets and cultures
An entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with experience building or scaling a new business unit
Strong presentation and communication skills
A hands‐on approach with strong commercial and analytical capabilities
