Our award-winning range is made with real spirits, real ingredients, and an uncompromising obsession with quality.We're looking for a sales professional to help grow our presence nationally in the on‐trade and off‐trade. You'll work with a mix of premium customers — from hotels, restaurants and bars to farm shops, garden centres and luxury retailers.This is a hands‐on role in a fast‐growing, premium drinks brand, where you'll play a key part in expanding our reach across some of the city's most exciting venues and retailers.Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accountsBuild strong, long‐term relationships through regular callsSpot opportunities to increase sales and value across accountsProvide excellent customer service and proactive supportHandle inbound and outbound calls about orders, queries, and opportunitiesPlan and run initiatives to drive retention and growthKeep CRM records up to date and track progressProcess orders and manage account tasksReport account performance and progress internallyWork closely with the Sales Director on account planning and reviewsWhat We're Looking For Great Communication: Confident on the phone and engaging with customersRelationship Builder: Enjoys building long‐term connectionsSales Driven: Proactive in finding ways to grow accountsOrganised: Can manage multiple accounts and keep CRM info accurateTeam Player: Works well with colleagues and contributes to a positive environmentSalary: £32,000 + 10% Performance BonusLocation: Office-based at The Pavilion Club Fulham, London Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pmFull membership to Pavilion members clubOn‐site gym facilities with premium shower and changing facilitiesWork within one of London's most prestigious private members' clubsPrivate medical insurance, including dental and perks for staying active (free cinema tickets, coffee, Apple watch and more)Company pension28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Additional day off for your birthdayWhy Join Edmunds?
