Senior Support Worker – Woodbridge, Suffolk An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Senior Support Worker to work in an exceptional home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.Key Duties Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residentsConduct formal supervisions and appraisalsContribute to care planning and coach support workersTake an active professional role in promoting the services offered when dealing with relatives, prospective residents and enquiriesParticipate in updating and writing care plans and resident documentationBe responsible for making and reporting realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of careBe responsible for administrating medication to the residents in accordance with policies and proceduresQualifications To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.Preferred Skills Proven experience of working in a care settingA good team playerGood verbal and written communication skillsHave a genuine desire to care for othersSalary: £14.00 per hour / £26,208 per annum.
