Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care

Permanent | £53,000 + Package

We’re partnered with a growing, well-backed residential childcare provider to appoint a strong Registered Manager for one of their homes supporting young people with complex needs.

This is a proper leadership role - full autonomy, full accountability, and the opportunity to really put your stamp on a service. You’ll be responsible for driving standards, leading from the front, and ensuring the home delivers consistently high-quality, child-centred care.

The Role

• Full operational leadership of the children’s home
• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
• Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young people
• Leading, developing and retaining a stable staff team
• Driving positive outcomes and improving inspection ratings where needed
• Managing budgets and ensuring efficient day-to-day running

About You

• Experienced Registered Manager within children’s residential care
• Strong working knowledge of Ofsted and inspection frameworks
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Proven track record of building and leading effective teams
• Passionate about raising standards and delivering real outcomes
