Job Title: Self-Employed Sales Consultant (Commission Only)

Location: Flexible / Field-Based / Remote

Earnings: Uncapped – Average £1,500 per completed deal (higher based on performance)

We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team as self-employed Sales Consultants. This is a commission-only role suited to individuals who are confident generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

• Generating and qualifying your own sales leads
• Contacting potential clients via phone, in person, and digital channels
• Building relationships and understanding client needs
• Presenting our services and converting leads into sales
• Managing your pipeline and following up consistently
• Working independently while hitting agreed targets

• Average £1,500 per completed sale
• Higher earnings available based on performance and volume
• Uncapped commission – no ceiling on what you can earn
• The more you produce, the more you earn (simple as that)

• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Resilient – able to handle rejection and keep pushing
• Sales experience is beneficial but not essential (attitude matters more)
