Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Healthcare Assistant. The Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for supporting patient care, assisting with medicine administration under supervision, ensuring health and safety compliance, and contributing to the general well-being of patients. The role requires manual handling, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and providing compassionate care to support patient recovery and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manual Handling and understanding of health and safety protocols
• Skills in Patient Care and knowledge of basic healthcare practices
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Basic understanding of Medicine and its proper handling
• Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and manage tasks independently
• Professional certifications in healthcare or a related field are a plus
• Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving roles is beneficial
• Compassion, patience, and attention to detail
