This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer, located in the Greater Bournemouth Area. The role involves the design, planning, and management of mechanical systems for a variety of building types, including high-end residential, commercial, and medical projects. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing technical drawings, planning and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The engineer will also collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and innovative building services solutions.

• Proficiency in Building Services and Building Maintenance
• Experience in Electrical Engineering and Facility Management (FM)
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Familiarity with building regulations and standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications or membership in relevant engineering bodies are a plus
