Home Manager – Luxury Care Home Brand

Salary: £72,500 + Highly Competitive Bonus Package

The Role

As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and commercial performance of the home. You will lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional standard of care while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and luxurious environment for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership to a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure the highest standards of care, fully compliant with all regulatory requirements
• Drive occupancy, reputation, and overall performance of the home
• Manage budgets effectively and deliver strong commercial results
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
• Maintain a culture of excellence, dignity, and respect

About You

• Proven experience as a Home Manager within a care home setting
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy
• Inspirational leader with excellent people management skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Ideally nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN), but not essential
