High-quality clinical negligence work


You will handle a broad range of defendant clinical negligence matters, including:


  • High-value and complex claims
  • Obstetric and neonatal cases, including birth injury claims
  • Surgical error and other serious injury matters
  • Cases of significant sensitivity and profile


These roles offer the chance to work on impactful litigation at the highest level, often alongside leading specialists in the field.


About you


You will be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ PQE and experience in clinical negligence matters.


Ideally, you will have:


  • Defendant clinical negligence experience (strong claimant backgrounds also considered)
  • Strong analytical, drafting and client-handling skills
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work within a team environment
  • For more senior roles, experience supporting or mentoring junior lawyers
