Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care

Salary: Up to £74,000.00 per annum

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider of specialist residential care for children and young people. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 6–7 bed home supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding compliance and strong leadership of the staff team. You will oversee care planning, referrals, regulatory standards and team development, driving positive outcomes for young people in a stable and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a children’s residential home rated Good or Outstanding
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
