Digital Waffle has partnered with a rapidly expanding influencer agency to find a talented Talent Manager.

Location - London (hybrid)

Salary - Up to £40,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with a roster of creators, athletes, and public figures.
• Support talents in defining their personal brand positioning, career direction, and long-term growth.
• Develop career strategies that increase audience, visibility, and cultural relevance.
• Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnership opportunities for talent.
• Lead conversations with brands and agencies, negotiate deals, and oversee campaign execution.
• Manage timelines, content approvals, and deliverables to ensure smooth, high-quality campaign delivery.
• Coordinate between talent, brands, and internal teams across ongoing projects.
• Identify new opportunities across media, events, collaborations, and cultural moments.
• Monitor industry and creator economy trends to support long-term talent development.
• Bring experience in talent or influencer management, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with cultural awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
