Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services

Location: London & South East

Salary: Competitive + package + travel

Sector: M&E / Commercial Construction

A well-established and expanding mechanical contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical packages across multiple live projects.

Role Overview

You will take full ownership of mechanical delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

⚙ Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of mechanical projects
• Coordinate technical submissions and drawings
• Handle RFIs and client/consultant coordination
• Manage variations and commercial reporting
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover
• Produce progress reports and manage programmes
• Ensure compliance with H&S and quality standards

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years in mechanical building services
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, BMS, ventilation
• Experience managing live construction projects
• SMSTS + CSCS (Black Card preferred)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
