Salary: £45k + discretionary bonus and great benefits

Location: London (Hybrid)

A leading independent media agency which work with an exciting client roster made up of a range of entrepreneurial brands are looking for an AV Account Manager to join their talented team.

As an agency, they are renowned for delivering award-winning, innovative campaigns for clients looking to disrupt their categories. They combine strategic insight with hands-on execution across AV channels, creating measurable impact in dynamic markets.

They are open to someone who either has a mix of AV Planning and Buying experience or from an AV Investment background who is keen to upskill in planning.

Responsibilities

• Work as pivotal member of the AV team to deliver best-in-class AV campaigns
• Prepare and present plans, reports, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with media owners and suppliers
• Be a trusted advisor to clients for all things broadcast
• Mentor and develop more junior members of the team

Your Profile

• Proven experience in planning and buying AV/TV campaigns in the UK market
• Strong account management and client-facing skills, with confidence presenting ideas
• Proficient in at least one TV buying or reporting tool (e.g., DDS)
• Experienced in mentoring or managing more junior team members
