Sales Operations & Admin Executive


Brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced, purpose-led organisation in a Sales Operations & Admin role supporting a busy commercial team. The successful candidate will be able to further their experience significantly within a high profile and prominent organisation.


This is a hands-on position suited to someone early in their career who is highly organised, highly proactive and enjoys being at the centre of a team. You will support day-to-day sales activity, ensuring processes run smoothly and data is accurate.


Hybrid working – 1 or 2 days in Central London, 3 or 4 from home


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all activity is delivered efficiently and accurately
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring all customer, pipeline and activity data is up to date and well organised
  • Support pipeline tracking and reporting, helping the team monitor performance against targets
  • Assist with onboarding new members or clients, including documentation, system set-up and coordination with internal teams
  • Process renewals, upgrades and general customer requests in a timely manner
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals and internal documents to support commercial activity
  • Produce regular reports and summaries using Excel and CRM data
  • Act as a central point of coordination across the team, supporting communication between sales, marketing and other internal functions
  • Support the delivery of events, campaigns and outreach activity where required
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working to increase efficiency
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider commercial team as needed


Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, sales support or sales operations role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • High attention to detail, particularly when working with data and systems
  • Experience using CRM platforms and maintaining accurate records
  • Comfortable using Excel for tracking, reporting and basic analysis
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and reliable, with a positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Interest in developing a career within sales, operations or a commercial function
