Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales and Account Manager based in London. The Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, driving lead generation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients to address their needs and concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Customer Service and Lead Generation to drive business growth and ensure a positive customer experience
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Prior experience in the aesthetics, dermatology, or medical device industry
