Salary: £38,682 - £46,580 pro rata

The Role

Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a service in Kent working within a palliative care setting. This is a part-time role (3 days per week), offering the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centred care.

Details

The role involves supporting patients with life-limiting conditions, focusing on maximising comfort, independence, and quality of life. You will work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients requiring palliative care support
• Complete functional and holistic assessments
• Develop and implement individualised care and treatment plans
• Provide equipment recommendations and adaptations to support independence
• Work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Experience working within palliative care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong understanding of holistic and patient-centred care
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
