Locum Adult Social Care Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care
- We are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic Adult Social Care team in Hull.
The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Deliver strengths-based, person-centred assessments
- Support individuals to maintain independence at home
- Recommend and implement equipment, adaptations & assistive technology
- Work closely with social care, health professionals, and housing teams
- Manage a diverse caseload and contribute to safeguarding processes
- Support and supervise OT Assistants and students
Requirements
- Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC Registration
- Experience in community settings and home assessments
- Knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act & safeguarding
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
