Payroll Manager | Hybrid (Northampton) | Full Time
Hybrid role with some travel to our Northampton office.
Salary £DOE
We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the end‑to‑end UK payroll operation in a medium–large, SOX‑governed organisation.
You’ll be responsible for accurate, compliant payroll delivery, robust controls, payroll & time and attendance systems, and continuous improvement. This role also leads and develops a payroll team and acts as the key contact for HMRC, auditors, and senior stakeholders, working closely with UK and US teams.
About you:
- Proven UK payroll leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pensions & HMRC
- Experience in SOX-controlled environments
- CIPP qualified (CIPD Associate level or equivalent)
- Strong Excel, stakeholder management and people leadership skills
