Senior BI & Insight Analyst

Salary: Up to £50,000

Location: Remote (UK)

A large UK organisation delivering training and apprenticeship programmes is looking for a Senior BI & Insight Analyst to join its growing Data & Automation team.

This role sits within a small but high-impact data team and will focus on delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions, supporting stakeholders across the organisation with actionable insights that drive performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the business
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions
• Manage BI support requests including troubleshooting reports, managing access, and maintaining dashboards
• Support data modelling, reporting structures, and data quality improvements
• Deliver insights across areas such as sales performance, operational delivery, and business performance
• Contribute to wider data platform and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Strong Power BI experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with data modelling and DAX
• Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)
• Comfortable working end-to-end from requirements gathering to insight delivery

You’ll be joining a team playing a key role in building a modern, unified data platform, helping the organisation move towards more automated decision-making and stronger business insight.

Interview Process

• 1st Interview: 30–45 minutes (team interview)
• 2nd Interview: 45 minutes (team interview)
