Part-Time Education Commercial Development Lead

(2-3 Days/Week)

£65K-£75K FTE

We are partnering with a well-established professional membership organisation in the healthcare space to appoint a part-time Education Commercial Development Lead.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of professional education at a time of regulatory change. With CPD requirements under review, the organisation is looking to evolve its learning offer - making it more flexible, commercially sustainable and relevant to a broader professional audience.

You will play a key role in reviewing and developing education products, including short-form CPD, structured learning pathways, and potential higher-level qualifications. There is also scope to explore new audiences, including non-clinical professionals and international markets.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Experience working within a professional body, membership organisation, or healthcare environment
• A strong understanding of CPD frameworks and education delivery
• Exposure to higher education, apprenticeships, or workforce development
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate education into viable products

You will bring fresh thinking and practical expertise to help shape a modern, flexible learning portfolio.

This is a part-time role (circa 2 days per week) on an initial contract length yet to be determined.
