All of our recruitment consultants are qualified in childcare and have extensive experience in the sector—meaning we truly understand your skills, goals, and what matters most to you.

We offer a wide range of opportunities across the South East of England, from Early Years Practitioners to Area Managers, with both permanent and flexible temporary roles available.

Our temporary positions across the Thames Valley are ideal for those seeking flexibility, allowing you to work around your personal commitments while gaining valuable experience in a variety of settings. We are currently onboarding qualified practitioners and have immediate vacancies available.

The role may involve:

• Providing high-quality care in a warm and supportive setting
• Encouraging children’s learning, development, and natural curiosity
• Planning and participating in fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Building positive and trusting relationships with children and their families

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• Caring, patient, and passionate about working with children
• Experienced in a childcare setting
• Qualified in childcare (relevant certification required)
• Friendly, reliable, and professional
• Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
