We are working with a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Clacton that is seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join their team as a TA. This Clacton school features a well-resourced SEN unit, providing tailored support for students with additional needs, making it an ideal environment for a graduate to begin their journey as a TA.

Job Overview:
* This secondary school caters for pupils aged 11-16, including a specialist SEN unit.
* Full-time, Monday - Friday TA role.
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons across subjects.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students as a TA.
* Assist students with additional needs within the SEN unit.
* Work closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals as a graduate TA.
