Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based at our Clerkenwell showroom, is for a Senior Sales Consultant. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their requirements, presenting tailored furniture solutions, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The role includes generating leads, negotiating sales agreements, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Collaboration with our dealer network and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions is a key priority.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and our furniture dealer network.
- Ability to provide expert consulting services to address client-specific furniture and design needs
- Experience or familiarity with office or furniture design solutions industry is a plus
