Paid Social Manager (Ecommerce)
London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office)
Salary up to £45K
About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to own and scale paid social performance across a portfolio of ecommerce clients. You’ll be responsible for hands-on campaign execution, performance optimisation, and translating data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth.
This role suits a strong operator who is passionate about paid social, ecommerce performance, and creative-led testing within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging channels
- Own day-to-day account performance, ensuring campaigns align to ecommerce KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, revenue, and profitability
- Build and manage full-funnel strategies covering prospecting, retargeting, and retention
- Implement structured testing frameworks across audiences, creative, formats, and messaging
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to brief, feedback, and iterate on high-performing assets
Performance & Optimisation
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to hit client targets
- Continuously optimise bids, audiences, creatives, and placements
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
Client & Team Collaboration
- Act as the paid social point of contact for assigned ecommerce accounts
- Support client communications, performance updates, and reporting
- Work closely with Account Directors, Strategists, and Analysts to align channel performance with broader account strategy
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and best practices across the paid social team
Agency & Growth Contribution
- Support new business pitches and audits where required
- Help shape paid social processes, tools, and ways of working
- Champion innovation, testing, and performance excellence
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong ecommerce performance focus with experience managing revenue-driving accounts
- Deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok and other platforms is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Experience managing budgets and delivering against ROAS or CPA targets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
