We’re partnering with a rapidly growing care provider to appoint an exceptional Home Manager at a well performing Elderly Nursing Home with a strong local reputation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a high-performing elderly residential care home
• Driving occupancy and commercial performance in a competitive market
• Continuing to build and develop a motivated, engaged team
• Maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and reputation
• Overseeing local marketing and recruitment strategies

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Home Manager in elderly care
• Strong commercial acumen, particularly around occupancy growth
• A confident leader who can develop people and sustain culture
• NVQ Level 5 (or working towards)
• Someone who thrives in a stable environment and wants to build on success
