Job title: Senior Health Care Assistant

Hours:full time or part time, day duty.

Rate of pay:£13.50 - £14.75 per hour

Main Responsibilities

To work alongside the Team Leader to manage the day to day care needs of residents
To complete observations, prepare admission/discharge documentation & care plans
To deliver and support colleagues to deliver the highest standards of care and support as requested
To manage a dedicated team of care & support assistants and manage daily documentation & outcomes.
To assist in audit and dash board compliance.
To respect and follow the Companies values; kindness, integrity, transparency, respect and empathy.
To follow and implement all IPC measures and policies in place
To comply with all training requirements and to take responsibility for keeping up to date
To maintain registration with NISCC and work to their code of conduct.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

Required: NVQ Level 3 and previous experience working in a care home environment.
Good communication, flexibility, integrity and good team working skills.
