About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Ads professional to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients to grow their businesses on Amazon by executing and optimizing high-impact media plans, managing campaigns, and leveraging Amazon’s tools and data to drive performance.

You’ll act as a key day-to-day contact for clients and a hands-on expert across Amazon Ads, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and aligned with broader strategic direction. You will support the development of media strategies, contribute insights, and help translate client goals into actionable plans.

You will have experience working with Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, including Sponsored Ads and DSP, as well as a third-party media buying platform, and a solid understanding of the relationship between organic and paid performance. Exposure to Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is beneficial but not essential.


Role Requirements


  • Degree from an accredited University or international equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns.
  • Strong experience executing and optimizing campaigns to achieve performance targets.
  • Experience supporting budget management and pacing to ensure efficient spend and delivery.
  • Experience using a third-party media planning or campaign management platform (e.g., Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, Quartile, M19, AdBrew, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in interpreting data to inform optimizations and recommendations.
  • Good understanding of how Amazon’s algorithms work and how paid media impacts organic performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of other retail media platforms is desirable but not required.
  • Desirable: Exposure to Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)
  • Desirable: Interest in and knowledge of the beauty/skincare industry



Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Media Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement Amazon media strategies across Sponsored Ads and DSP.
  • Translate client goals into actionable, data-driven media plans.
  • Allocate and manage budgets to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:
  • Build, launch, and manage sophisticated campaign structures with ASIN-level granularity.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, audience signals, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance through bid adjustments, targeting refinements, and structural changes.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with best practices.
  • Client Management & Communication:
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients on Amazon Ads activity.
  • Support senior team members in managing client relationships and delivering against objectives.
  • Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Help build client understanding of Amazon Ads through ongoing communication and reporting.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate regular, insightful reports that go beyond surface metrics.
  • Tie media performance to business objectives (e.g., sales growth, ROAS, SoV).
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve performance.
  • Tech & Tool Usage:
  • Use and maintain proficiency in ad tech platforms and tools that support campaign management and reporting.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon platform updates, features, and best practices.
  • Team Contribution:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery and performance.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements.
