About the Role
Belvedere Care Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting residents to live comfortably and with dignity.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the management team, leading care staff on shift, and ensuring residents receive person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Lead and support care staff during shifts
• Administer or support with medication (where applicable)
• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a senior care role (preferred)
• Has a caring and compassionate nature ??
• Has good leadership and communication skills
• Works well as part of a team
