About the Role

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in manufacturing pollution control products for water treatment and storage. Youll help develop our Newry site, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Hours of work: 6.15am - 2.45pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble Kingspan products using drawings and specifications
• Manufacture parts for septic tanks, separators, and new product variations
• Laminate glass-reinforced components (spraying, mould prep, repair)
• Operate machinery and fit products to meet customer demand
• Perform quality checks and complete production reports
• Work safely and comply with Health & Safety standards
• Meet production targets and contribute to continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (or relevant experience)
• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team player with initiative and time management skills
