Class 2 Driver - Temp to Perm

Extra Men Limited are recruiting a Class 2 Driver for a well-established client based in Coleshill. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and career progression.

The Role:
Youll be responsible for multi-drop deliveries of workwear, PPE, cleaning cloths, and other industrial textiles to customers across the region. This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and reliability are key.

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday with approx. 06:00 start times
• No weekend work
• Overtime opportunities available
• Up to 3 nights out per week (hotel and meals provided)
• Temp to perm opportunity with a reputable company
• Yearly Bonus (Based on KPI's)
• 35K yearly Salary and overtime rate at 1.25.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries efficiently and safely
• Loading and unloading goods with care
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Planning routes to meet delivery schedules
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Performing daily vehicle checks

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 licence (held and used for at least 1 year)
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, DG, CC, CD, MS, IN endorsements)
• Previous delivery or multi-drop experience preferred
• Good communication and time management skills
• Willingness to carry out manual handling
• ADR licence desirable but not essential
